When the lovely Debs from Wannabe Princess asked did any bloggers want to join in a I said I was up for it, the idea from behind it comes from http://smileandspreadtheword.tumblr.com/ and the idea is to talk about a part of our body we like, keeping it positive.
When I read the brief I though easy peasy as I kinda like most of my body. However, when I started thinking about it I struggled as on different days I like different parts of my body and on others I loathe them. I was going to say my eyes as we have a bit of history me and the eyes (but that is another post maybe) and every day I am really grateful for my vision, but that seemed like a cop out.
So what do I love????????????
MY WAIST!
Although I am a fattie! I have a waist it may have as my brother says a belly above and below it, I am definitely a in and out girl and generally I am not straight up and down, but go in and out, which is nice as it makes me feel womanly and curvey!
So to demonstrate my waist here it is on a normal day(well today), and yes I am wearing horizontal stripes cos frankly I love a stripe and fashion rules, Pah! Couldn't give a flying fuck!
Please excuse funny face and glasses but I have not dressed up at all for this post.
And to demonstrate my waist when amped up here is me in my corset.
However in general a body is a glorious thing and I am thankful for my well nourished, fleshy body that allows me pretty good health and adventures!
So can't wait to see what the rest of you are loving!
